PWHL TEAMS TO HOST 30+ HOCKEY SUMMER CAMPS

Summer in Traverse City is about to get more exciting as PWHL Summer Camps are making their highly anticipated return.

This season brings a wave of energy, with more young players and families eager to hit the ice than ever before.

These camps offer much more than just elite hockey training—they create lasting memories and nurture future stars.

The lineup includes both girls hockey camps and youth hockey camps, welcoming participants from ages as young as U6 up to teens and adults just discovering or refining their skills.

Local coaches and even some PWHL players will be on hand, bringing professional insight and a chance for young athletes to learn from the best.

Demand for these programs has grown rapidly, reflecting the community's deepening passion for women's and youth hockey.

One highlight this year is a commitment to expanding access; camp organizers are working to make sure more girls can participate, offering grants and support to break down barriers.

The sessions in Traverse City are expected to draw not just locals but families from neighboring towns, strengthening the region’s connection to the sport.

Registration is open, and with buzz already building, spots are filling up fast.

For many in Traverse City, these PWHL Summer Camps are becoming a cornerstone of the local hockey scene and a launching pad for future talent.
