Empire’s Saturday market stays pretty chill, especially early in the day; it’s a great spot to snag fresh eggs before the beach crowds roll in.
I wish the village market didn’t move indoors so soon in the fall. I love shopping outside.

Wish more of the weekday markets were open after work, not all of us can make 1pm on weekdays.
We hear you! While most weekday markets do wrap up early, the Kalkaska and East Bay Corners markets try to stretch later with closing times at 6 PM.

Alden’s Saturday afternoon market is so underrated, right by the water and way less crowded.
Alden’s afternoon market is a hidden gem—laid-back and right by Torch Lake, it’s perfect for a Saturday stroll after the bigger crowds wrap up elsewhere.
We always take visitors to Glen Arbor on Tuesdays. Those pies!
