13. Paid Products, Sponsorships, Advertising, and Refunds
Cherry Buzz may sell advertising, sponsorships, paid guide placements, sponsored articles, digital products, PDFs, media kit placements, business features, directory listings, merchandise, or related products and services.
Payment terms, deliverables, deadlines, placement dates, creative requirements, and cancellation policies may be provided separately in writing, by invoice, proposal, media kit, email agreement, or order form. Unless otherwise stated in writing, advertising and sponsorship purchases are not automatically refundable once work has begun, content has been created, placement has been scheduled, or publication has occurred.
